Speakers and Sponsorship
Hey everyone. Details are still being finalized about WordCamp NY 2008, taking place on Sunday, Oct 5th, 2008, but they are coming along nicely.
So far, the only finalized speaker on board is someone from NHL Enterprise as the keynote.
So the last part of day will be concluded from the NHL.
Other potential speakers include Aaron Brazell (Technosailor), Mark Jaquith (b5media), Charles Stricklin (potentially a mini-podcast), and Matt Mullenweg (waiting on finalized details about if he can be there or not)
There are a number of other potential speakers, still finalizing all the details though.
Sponsorship details will be available soon. Working on putting some demographics together, what the needs will be, and what will be available.
